Pricing

All prices listed on www.Kimberleyriver.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Website and Credit Card Security

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments are processed via a third party using secure servers. We do not store any credit card information.

Delivery Charges

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may require payment of additional brokerage fees, taxes, or duties. These fees are not collected or controlled by Kimberleyriver Socks. Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order. These fees are NOT included in your delivery charges. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" because we are a retail store. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. Kimberleyriver Socks has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information.

Delivery Period

We endeavour to ensure that National orders should be delivered within 5 business days of the order being placed. International orders should take between 12-25 days. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at kimberleyriver@xtra.co.nz.

Other than connecting to Kimberleyriver Socks website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to Kimberleyriver Socks website servers.
